the SUN is out!!!!! I am so happy! We can go outside for our egg hunt. I woke up to a beautiful easter basket (thanks mom!) with all my favorite things. Peanut M&M's, Reese's, and BURTS BEES!

SPRING?

Trees and flowers are blooming! I am so thankful.

But its NOT EVEN 50 DEGREES! Not to mention it's raining today.

Not to worry, April showers bring (more) May flowers! (hopefully warm sunshine, too)

This picture makes me crave Spring. I hope it will warm up for easter egg hunts tomorrow!

Invigorate

I had tea the other day with three friends after school, and everyone picked a different kind. I went with Lemon Zinger, something I hadn't had for months. I was surprised at how yummy it was and that I had forgotten it's bold taste. Its so exciting to find new things! Now I won't ignore that flavor when picking my tea, and I wont be so bored when I have little variety of flavors in the house. 


I guess what I am trying to say is, try new things. Our minds subconsciously block the possibility of choosing something unfamiliar simply due to routine. When we step out of the confines of our patterns, surprises await us.

Comfort When You're Sick

I have been sick for the past 5 days with an awful sore throat. I have been depending on my soothing tea all day long, it calms the agony in my throat and helps me survive this cold :)

Green and mostly chamomile with lots of honey!!!!
